We want you to know what you are buying, and to have confidence that you will get what you pay for when shopping with us.

If for some reason you're not completely satisfied, please contact us for a return address. Please be sure to specify your order confirmation number.

Please return merchandise within two weeks of delivery for replacement/refund, excluding shipping costs. Items received after two weeks may not be refunded. All returned products must be received by us in their original condition, with the original sales slip and original boxing/packaging.

Custom made items are unfortunately not cancelable or refundable.
